Okta Identity Governance (OIG) organization is looking for a Software Engineer Manager to join our team to OIG is Okta’s Identity Governance and Administration solution that is directly responsible for one of the most critical and visible workflows in enterprise identity: how employees request, approve, and gain access to the resources they need.

Opportunity

As a Software Engineer Manager on the OIG team, you will manage the team that is responsible for designing and building Identity Governance product features - spanning the across different access governance personas. You will lead a team of elite engineers, grow the team, and drive impact and customer satisfaction. You will drive engineering best practices, productivity enhancement, and make our elite engineering team shine. You will also work collaboratively across engineering, product, and design to deliver features that are secure, scalable, and delightful to use.

Below is the annual base salary range for candidates located in San Francisco Bay Area. Your actual base salary will depend on factors such as your skills, qualifications, experience, and work location. In addition, Okta offers equity (where applicable), bonus, and benefits, including health, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), flexible spending account, and paid leave (including PTO and parental leave) in accordance with our applicable plans and policies.
