The Athlete Services Specialist is an integral part of the Athlete Strategy & Partnership team. Our team is dedicated to empowering world-class athletes by removing operational friction and providing a seamless support ecosystem. We work closely with Athlete Managers, regional and global marketing, demand planning, and product teams to deliver premium, white-glove touch-points that elevate On's reputation as the most athlete-centric brand in sports.
Pay Transparency State: Typical cash compensation range for this position inclusive of base + bonus: $113,000 - $125,000. Individual compensation packages are based on various factors unique to each candidate including experience, industry knowledge, qualifications, skill set, and location. Certain roles may be eligible for equity compensation in addition to cash compensation.
