Ramp is hiring a Senior Brand Designer, Growth in California. It is a hybrid full-time role, so plan on splitting your week between home and the office. Pay for this role is set at $132,000 to $181,000 a year, according to the posting.
The description below comes from Ramp's own job posting.
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $200B in annualized spend flows in and out of 70,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what youโve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year - far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
Ramp is looking for a Senior Growth Designer to join our high-performing Growth Creative team. This role is ideal for a hybrid thinker-someone who thrives at the intersection of creative experimentation and data-driven strategy. Youโll be responsible for building high-quality, high-performing assets across paid and owned channels that break through the noise, push our brand forward, and convert viewers into loyal customers.
Please note that this Brand Designer role will require you to be comfortable with working in-person in our San Francisco office at least 2 days/week
Concept & Execute Rapidly: Develop smart, fast creative work-from concept to final execution-across digital ads, landing pages, and scalable multi-channel campaigns.
Design with Purpose: Combine brand fidelity with performance goals to design work that entertains, educates, and drives leads.
Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner directly with an assigned Growth Marketing Manager to push their initiatives further, faster. Go beyond execution to a place of thought partnership, working week over week to unlock the next big opportunity. Collaborate with writers, animators, editors, web designers, and creative directors to execute full-funnel campaigns.
Work Hand-in-Hand with Design Systems: Partner closely with our Brand Systems team to ensure all growth creative adheres to our evolving visual language-while also exploring new executions that stretch and strengthen the system.
Relay Insights Back to Brand: Share creative performance learnings with the broader design and brand teams to help inform long-term creative strategy, visual identity evolution, and cross-channel cohesion.
Iterate & Experiment: Test hypotheses and optimize based on results. Success is measured not just in aesthetics, but in originality, clarity, product accuracy, and performance metrics.
Explore New Channels: Help identify and unlock opportunities across emerging formats and placements while continuously improving our core performance channels.
5 to 7+ years of experience in design, with strong portfolio examples of performance creative or digital advertising.
Proven ability to deliver exceptional design work at high velocity.
Fluency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (motion and prototyping experience is a plus).
Experience working closely with creative, marketing, and brand teams in high-growth environments.
A passion for systems thinking and improving creative processes over time.
AI processes already baked into your production workflow
Creative Firepower: You bring a distinct, refined visual style-but can flex to meet performance and brand needs alike.
Advertiserโs Mindset: You understand how to capture attention in seconds, communicate a core message, and guide people to take action.
Data-Inspired: You're energized by performance metrics and see them as creative levers that sharpen your thinking.
Builder at Heart: You have a proactive, positive attitude and are equally excited to push boundaries as you are to scale winning ideas.
Organized & Nimble: You juggle multiple projects with grace, manage your timelines, and thrive in fast-paced environments.
