Here is the role as Tia describes it.
Tia is building a new model for women’s healthcare, one that treats women as whole people, not separate conditions or life stages. This is a highly visible, in-clinic leadership role that requires strong judgment, people leadership, and a deep commitment to patient-centered care.
Tia is committed to pay equity and pay transparency. Compensation for this role will be determined based on job-related factors, including experience, skills, qualifications, location, role leveling, business needs, and market conditions.
