This Paid Social Manager job is with Ramp in New York. The position is temporary and hybrid, with some days on site and some from home. Pay for this role is set at $101,000 to $154,000 a year, according to the posting.
Here is the role as Ramp describes it.
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $200B in annualized spend flows in and out of 70,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what youβve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year - far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
Ramp is redefining how businesses manage their finances, and paid media is one of the highest-leverage ways we bring that story to new audiences.
Weβre looking for a hands-on Paid Social Manager to own campaign execution across Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok. This person will manage the day-to-day work required to launch, optimize, and scale campaigns while partnering closely with growth creative, product marketing, and growth stakeholders.

Over time, this person can grow into broader ownership of channel strategy, cross-functional launches, and Rampβs paid acquisition program.
Help operate our paid Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok programs, including hands-on campaign setup, targeting, budgets, tracking, QA, reporting, and daily optimization.
Translate performance data into clear recommendations for creative, targeting, and testing.
Own smaller campaigns and product launches end to end, from stakeholder alignment and briefing through build, deployment post-launch analysis, and reporting.
Partner with creative strategists, designers, copywriters, product marketers, and analytics teams to bring campaigns to market.
Develop structured testing plans across audiences, creative, messaging, formats, and placements
Maintain strong operational standards across naming conventions, documentation, measurement, and campaign governance.
Identify opportunities to improve workflows through templates, automation, and AI-enabled tools.
Grow into channel planning and broader paid acquisition strategy.
