The Team:
The global partner marketing team fuels customer success and market growth by building trusted relationships with our partners, co-innovating with them, and driving mutual success and influence across key markets and industries.
This dynamic team, led by the VP of Global Partner Marketing & North America Marketing, collaborates with regional partner marketing, partner management, the global ecosystem team, and the broader go-to-market organization to create and execute integrated demand generation programs that build awareness and accelerate pipeline. As part of the GTM marketing organization, we thrive on cross-functional teamwork - solving complex challenges, bringing innovative ideas to life, and delivering customer and partner value.
This role will have a dotted line to the SVP of Strategic Global Partnerships & Market Activation, who reports directly to Celonis’ Founder & Co-CEO.

This role is 100% dedicated to the newly established Celonis-Oracle strategic partnership, one of Celonis' highest-priority global alliances. As Principal Partner Marketing Principal, Oracle Partnership, you will serve as the senior marketing leader accountable for translating executive partnership strategy into measurable market impact - driving awareness, demand generation, executive engagement, customer advocacy, and joint go-to-market activation that accelerates pipeline and strengthens Celonis' position within the Oracle ecosystem.
This is a senior individual contributor role. You will not manage a team, but you will operate as a cross-functional leader, influencing and aligning stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, Strategic Partnerships, Product Marketing, Customer Success, Corporate Communications, Analyst Relations, and Oracle Marketing to drive results.
