MongoDB is looking for a driven and results-oriented Renewal Specialist to join our North America Renewals Team supporting Public Sector. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering a world-class renewal experience for our Public Sector customers while driving strong retention outcomes for MongoDB’s business.
Success in this role requires exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, operational excellence, deal formulation and negotiation experience, a strong aptitude to learn MongoDB products and policy, and solid relationships with internal stakeholders. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment and who is motivated by the opportunity to have a big impact on your team, customers, and MongoDB's business.
As a Renewals Specialist at MongoDB, you will be responsible for managing the renewal process for our Public Sector customer base, ensuring the seamless continuation of their partnerships with MongoDB while maintaining strong customer relationships and retention outcomes. You will work closely with Sales, Customer Success, Legal, Finance, and other cross-functional teams to navigate the unique procurement, contracting, and compliance requirements associated with Public Sector customers.

Compensation at the time of offer is unique to each candidate and based on a variety of factors such as skill set, experience, qualifications, and work location. Salary is one part of MongoDB’s total compensation and benefits package. Other benefits for eligible employees may include: equity, participation in the employee stock purchase program, flexible paid time off, 20 weeks fully-paid gender-neutral parental leave, fertility and adoption assistance, 401(k) plan, mental health counseling, access to transgender-inclusive health insurance coverage, and health benefits offerings.
