With the launch of Agentic Work Management (AWM), AI is now a foundational part of the platform, and this shift brings a new class of problems. Customers need to trust agentic work, govern it, and see a return on it before they will scale it. Many of the opportunities that matter most for customers sit between our suite of AI products, rather than inside any particular one, which is where you come in. This role sits in our AI Platform Group on a small, fast-moving team with a deliberately broad mandate: work across the boundaries other product teams operate within, identify the cross-cutting problems and opportunities that no single team owns, and build leveraged solutions that create scalable, differentiated value for our customers.
This role is based in our New York City office with an office-centric hybrid schedule. The standard in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Most Asanas have the option to work from home on Wednesdays. Working from home on Fridays depends on the type of work you do and the teams with which you partner.
