We partner closely with Engineering, Product, IT, Legal, and Compliance to build and maintain trust at scale.
As a Security Technical Program Manager, you'll be the connective tissue across the entire Security organization, driving the strategy, programs, and operational rhythms that make the team highly effective and externally visible.
This is a high-impact, high-autonomy role. You'll define how Security as a function operates: how it plans, how it measures itself, how it communicates progress, and how it executes on its biggest bets. You won't just run programs, you'll shape the operating model that makes all programs run better.
This role is based in our Vancouver office with an office-centric hybrid schedule. The standard in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Most Asanas have the option to work from home on Wednesdays. Working from home on Fridays depends on the type of work you do and the teams with which you partner. For this role, the estimated base salary range is between CAD $150,000-$170,000. The actual base salary will vary based on various factors, including market and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process. The listed range above is a guideline, and the base salary range for this role may be modified.
