Databricks is looking for a Revenue Accounting Manager to join our team. You will report to the Manager of Revenue Accounting and play a hands-on leadership role across the full revenue accounting close cycle, from evaluating complex contract terms and applying ASC 606, to leading UAT for new system logic, to preparing financial reporting deliverables for internal and external stakeholders. This is an individual contributor position with significant ownership and cross-functional influence.

We need someone who thrives in ambiguity, adapts when priorities shift and takes ownership of complex problems. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, depth of experience, relevant certifications and training, and specific work location. Based on the factors above, Databricks anticipates utilizing the full width of the range. The total compensation package for this position may also include eligibility for annual performance bonus, equity, and the benefits listed above.
