  • Rapidly prototyping and testing solutions using AI and low/no-code platforms to establish best practices, validate concepts, and set technical standards
  • Partnering with senior People Team leaders and functional experts to align resources, set priorities, and move high-value opportunities from concept through division-wide implementation
  • Partnering closely with IT leadership to translate business needs into technical requirements, inform cross-functional systems design, and advise leaders on critical build-vs-buy trade-offs
  • Designing reusable, cross-departmental capabilities across People workflows to improve quality, performance, and scale rather than building disconnected point solutions
  • Establishing key metrics to track the operational impact of transformation, including process performance, capacity created, cross-functional adoption, and elevated employee/manager experience
  • Developing practical frameworks, standards, and toolkits that empower cross-functional teams to identify, test, and apply AI and transformation capabilities
  • The right candidate for this role will have

  • 10+ years of professional experience, with 8+ years of progressive leadership specifically across transformation, operations, strategy or consulting, ideally within People/HR or a high-growth technology environment
  • Experience in consulting, program management, product management, or a similar cross-functional role, bridging business and technical teams to shape roadmaps, navigate trade-offs, and drive solutions from discovery through adoption
  • Strong understanding of AI and automation and the ability to translate emerging capabilities into practical business solutions
  • A builder mindset, with experience prototyping, experimenting, and rapidly testing new approaches to drive organizational change
  • Strong systems thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve complex, ambiguous cross-functional problems and scale performance across the Business Unit
  • Proven ability to influence senior executives, align cross-functional teams around a shared vision, and hold stakeholders accountable for outcomes without direct authority
  • Experience influencing senior stakeholders and bringing teams together around a common future state.Strong judgment and comfort moving between strategic thinking and hands-on execution
  • What success looks like

You will help the People Team move beyond using AI primarily for individual productivity toward redesigning core operating models and driving high-impact organizational leverage.

Success means delivering scalable, cross-functional solutions that eliminate manual handoffs, expand self-service, set clear operational standards, and unlock strategic capacity for the Business Unit.

Over time, your work will establish a standardized, repeatable framework for evaluating, executing, and scaling new ways of working across the enterprise.
